This home is privately owned and managed.  You will meet and deal directly with Clay and Susan when you check in and out.

Deposits $500 deposit is due at time of booking, refunded at departure

Cancellations Accepted, Forfeit deposit.
Arrival & Departure Check in 3pm  Check out 11am
Cleaning Fee $200.00
